I want to get back into Baseball?

I'm now 16 years old and i'm home schooled.I haven't played since I was 13 playing modified for my school.I was an extremely good hitter with an avg. of 728 and a pretty good glove.Problem is I got home schooled since and haven't played at all.I practice now and then but I haven't played on a team for 3 years.I'm in very good shape and i'm very muscular at 5'10 240 pounds but i'm not in playing shape.There's a difference.

Just get back to the basics and do what works for you. Play catch, go to a batting cage and dont listen to other people about their swing. Do what works for you, if you find something your swing that works for you dont listen to other people about changing it it will screw u up
do plenty of conditioning and stay in shape. If there is an area of your game that needs improving go back to the basics, even if it means hitting off of a tee
