Police searching for man who robbed Southport bank
The robbery occurred around 10:45 a.m. at the Regions Bank Branch located at 6910 South Emerson. Police said a man wearing a black Baseball cap, black sunglasses, and a black windbreaker jacket with khaki pants went into the bank armed with a black handgun and demanded money. Indianapolis Metropolitan police are searching for a man who held up a bank Tuesday morning in Southport.
